Citation Guidelines

Qwear is a community-based queer fashion archive that publishes first-person narratives, cultural analysis, and visual documentation of lived experience. Qwear content may be cited in academic, educational, journalistic, and cultural research contexts.

Preferred Citation Style

APA (7th edition) is the preferred citation format for Qwear, as our work is frequently referenced in fields such as gender studies, fashion studies, psychology, media studies, and public health.

MLA and Chicago formats are also provided for flexibility across disciplines.
